A viable strategy could involve the government establishing a cultural district dedicated to sharing and celebrating local heritage. Additionally, the development of centralized elderly care centers in the community would provide effective care for seniors. Furthermore, fostering industry-academia links can help consolidate resources for schools at risk of closure.
