Volunteer Training Program

Volunteers are an important asset of a non-profit organization. The Alliance Cultural Foundation has an average of 100-200 volunteers annually. Through volunteering at camps, projects, providing consulting and expertise, volunteers are behind every project.

College students are the backbone of volunteers for ACF, and many of them already have a strong passion for philanthropy or have been inspired by their service experiences. Most of these volunteers initially start as camp volunteers, and some of them go on to participate in other projects. ACF has always aimed to inspire young individuals to "embrace a passion for learning, expand their global perspective, and care for society." As an organization that invites them to serve, ACF continually explores ways to provide volunteers with various learning opportunities. Additionally, ACF strives to find ways to support the growth of these fresh graduates as they transition into the professional world.

In addition, ACF invited volunteers to take part in events such as the "Hong Kong Make a Difference Annual Meeting," the "IBM Mentorship Program," or the "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Workshop" to further enrich their learning experiences.
