Harvest 365 Platform and The Alliance Cultural Foundation have been organizing choir music camps for youth in Hualien and Taitung since 2014, focusing on empowering participants through music and teamwork. These camps, guided by instructors and volunteers, include English musicals and drama performances, culminating in a public concert. Centered on the IALAC (I Am Lovable And Capable) philosophy, the camp fosters an environment of love and security, integrating life education with music.

The camp has evolved over the years, including collaborations with social welfare organizations for special needs students and the CIT (Counselor In Training) program for former participants to return as intern volunteers. This has allowed a continuous exchange of experiences and growth among volunteers and participants. The camp's activities have expanded from Disney musicals to Broadway shows, adding drama elements for a new stage experience. This mutual learning environment not only enhances the participants' confidence and expression but also deeply impacts the volunteers, fueling their dedication and commitment.

Mission

  1. The program focuses on fostering collaboration and appreciation for various types of choir music through classic musicals and song and dance dramas.
  2. Through diverse music experiences and group living, students learn about different musical activities, appreciate the value of teamwork, and discover their musical talents, building their confidence.
  3. Collaborating with social welfare organizations, the camp invites children from diverse backgrounds to participate.
  4. The program also cultivates the spirit of volunteer service among college students, enhancing their leadership and camp organizing skills through teamwork, project proposals, and communication.
