Technology has changed the learning paradigm. Teachers are no longer just conveyors of knowledge; they are guides and integrators who learn and research alongside students. 

The Alliance Cultural Foundation actively forged partnerships with schools in the Hualien-Taitung region, gaining an understanding of the challenges faced by local education. It integrated feedback and needs from teachers in the education field. Subsequently, in September 2015, it officially established the “Junyi Education Academy”, aimed to support teachers in fostering innovative teaching methods and implementing a “student-centered learning” approach. In 2018, it was renamed as “Junyi Teacher Training Center” and appointed Ms. Wei-Ying Lan as the executive director (until 2020). 

Junyi Teacher Training Center, in line with educational trends and addressing the specific needs of the Hualien-Taitung region, has designed five core curriculum pillars: 'Waldorf Education,' 'Digital Learning,' 'Innovative Teaching,' 'Arts and Humanities,' and 'Life and Character.' In addition, special lecture series are offered as part of the 'Special Projects,' providing opportunities for professional growth for teachers in the Hualien-Taitung area and fostering collaboration with educational partners from various regions. Furthermore, we encourage teachers to form 'Educational Learning Communities' by sharing their educational experiences.
