Emergency Relief
Following its inception, the Alliance Cultural Foundation faced two significant disasters in the Hualien-Taitung region: the devastating Typhoon Nepartak in 2016 and the 6.2 magnitude Hualien earthquake in 2018. In response, many friends and supporters of the region quickly reached out to see if the Foundation and its affiliates required support. Grateful for the trust placed in them, the Foundation efficiently directed the donations to aid in the recovery of Taitung's cultural, historical, and artistic sectors, and assisted in the reconstruction of hospitals and schools, along with providing essential post-disaster mental and physical rehabilitation.
