Mission

  • Cultivate a new generation of Taitung youth with a global perspective and leadership skills, using the study program to create shared experiences, promote quality interactions between officials and the public, and thus build a consensus, gradually forming a learning community capable of continuous dialogue and proposing viable solutions for Taitung's future vision.
  • Achieve clear learning objectives and in-depth exchange planning, allowing participants to gain new insights and methods in cultural heritage and innovation, sustainable development of tribes and tourism, and youth leadership, leading to reflection on experiences and the pursuit of innovative opportunities.
  • Continuously optimize the execution mechanisms of study programs and talent cultivation, including participant selection, pre-departure training, study visits, sharing sessions, and the promotion of subsequent co-learning projects, while also consolidating and nurturing the team throughout the process.
  • Document and deepen the content of the study program to expand the sharing of outcomes, making it a source of nourishment for seeking sustainable development goals and consensus in Taitung.
